Getting Started

What areas in East Idaho do you serve?

We serve Idaho Falls, Rexburg, Ammon, Rigby, Iona, Shelley, and surrounding communities. Enter your address when scheduling to confirm we service your area. We're expanding regularly—if we don't serve you yet, we likely will soon.

How does pickup and delivery work?

It's simple:


1. Schedule online in 60 seconds

2. Leave your laundry bag outside your door on pickup day (we'll provide the bag)

3. We pick it up, wash and fold everything separately, and deliver it fresh within 24 hours


You don't need to be home. We handle everything.

How do I get started?

Click Schedule A Pickup, enter your address and preferences, and choose your pickup day. We'll deliver a laundry bag before your first pickup. The whole signup process takes less than a minute.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No contracts, ever. Use us weekly, occasionally, or just once—whatever works for you. Cancel or pause anytime with no fees or penalties.

What do I need to do before my first pickup?

Nothing! Just fill your laundry bag with items you want washed and leave it where you specified (doorstep, porch, garage, etc.). We'll take care of the rest. On your first pickup, we'll also drop off an extra bag for next time.

Can I choose my schedule?

Yes. Pick any day that works for you for regular pickups, or schedule one-time pickups whenever you need them. You can change your schedule anytime.

Service & Quality

Are my clothes washed separately from other customers?

Always. Every single order is washed completely separately—never mixed with anyone else's laundry. Your clothes get the same care and attention you'd give them at home, just without the work.

What detergent do you use?

We use premium, gentle detergents by default. You can choose:

- Standard (our high-quality house brand)

- Eco-friendly/hypoallergenic options

- Your own detergent (just include it in your bag with a note)

Set your preference once and we'll remember it for every order.

What items can you wash?

Pretty much everything that's machine-washable:

- Everyday clothing (shirts, pants, underwear, socks)

- Bedding (sheets, pillowcases, blankets)

- Towels and linens

- Activewear and gym clothes

- Kids' clothing


If it can go in a washing machine, we can handle it.

What items CAN'T you wash?

We can't wash:

- Dry-clean-only items (we can recommend local dry cleaners)

- Items heavily soiled with hazardous materials (including vomit/blood/bodily fluids)

- Leather, suede, or items requiring special care beyond washing

When in doubt, just ask! We're happy to advise before your pickup.

How do you handle delicate items?

Delicate items get special care—cold water, gentle cycle, and low or no heat drying. Just mark any extra-delicate items with a note or in your account preferences, and we'll treat them accordingly. We've successfully handled thousands of delicate items without issue.

Can you remove stains?

Yes. We treat stains as part of our standard process. For tough stains, place the item in a separate smaller bag inside your main bag with a quick note about what caused the stain (coffee, wine, grass, etc.). This helps us choose the right treatment method.

While we can't guarantee every stain will come out, our success rate is excellent—and we never damage your clothes trying.

Can I choose my dryer temperature?

Absolutely. Select low, medium, or high heat when you set up your account. You can change this preference anytime. If you have specific items that need different temperatures, just add a note.

Pickup & Delivery

How long does it take from pickup to delivery?

24 hours is our standard turnaround. We pick up today, deliver tomorrow at the same general time. For larger orders over 75 pounds, we may need an extra day—we'll always let you know upfront.

What if I'm not home during pickup or delivery?

You don't need to be home. Just leave your laundry bag in your specified spot (porch, doorstep, garage), and we'll grab it. We'll return your clean laundry to the same spot. Most of our customers never see us—that's by design.

Is there a limit to how much laundry I can send?

No limit. Send one load or ten—whatever you need. Our only note: orders over 75 pounds may take an extra day to process, just so we can maintain our quality standards.

Can you pick up from my workplace?

Yes! We can pick up and deliver anywhere within our East Idaho service area—home, office, apartment, wherever works for you. Just provide the address and any special instructions (building name, suite number, etc.).

What if I need to reschedule?

Easy—just text or call us. We need at least 24 hours notice to adjust your schedule, but we're flexible and will work with you whenever possible.

Do you send reminders about pickup day?

Yes. We send text and email reminders the day before your scheduled pickup so you never forget. You can adjust notification preferences any time.

What if I forget to leave my laundry out?

Life happens! If you miss a pickup, just reschedule for your next regular day or request a one-time pickup. To help cover our driver's time, a small missed pickup fee may apply if the driver already attempted pickup.

The best way to avoid this? Use our text/email reminders—we'll make sure you never forget.

How much does it cost?

$1.25 per pound with a $25 minimum order (about 20 pounds).

Most customers spend $25-40 per pickup depending on how much laundry they have. That's it—no subscription fees, no pickup charges, no delivery fees.

You're only charged for the actual weight of laundry we process.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, $25 minimum (about 20 pounds, or 2-3 loads of laundry).

This helps cover the cost of pickup and delivery while keeping our pricing fair and transparent for everyone.

Are there any hidden fees?

Never. You pay $1.25 per pound based on the actual weight we process. That's it.

The only potential additional charges:

• Missed pickup fee if we attempt pickup and laundry isn't out (helps cover driver time)

• Special handling for items requiring extraordinary care (rare, always discussed with you first)

Everything is transparent—you'll know exactly what to expect.

How does billing work?

Simple:

1. We weigh your laundry at pickup

2. We process your order (wash, dry, fold)

3. Your card on file is charged at delivery based on actual weight

4. You receive an email receipt with exact weight and total

No prepayment, no invoices to track. Completely automatic.

What if the weight seems wrong?

We're happy to discuss any questions about your order. Our scales are calibrated regularly for accuracy, and we always err on the side of the customer if there's any doubt. Just reach out and we'll make it right.

Can I see the weight before I'm charged?

Yes. We can text or email you the weight after pickup if you'd like to confirm before delivery and billing. Just let us know you want this option when you schedule your pickup.

Do I pay a subscription or membership fee?

No. There are no subscription fees, membership fees, or recurring charges. You only pay for the laundry we actually pick up and process—$1.25 per pound, billed after each delivery.

How much does the average person spend?

Most customers spend $25-40 per pickup.

• Small order (20 lbs): $25

• Medium order (30 lbs): $37.50

• Large order (50 lbs): $62.50

How often you use the service is completely up to you—weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or just occasionally.

What if I have less than 20 pounds?

You'll be charged the $25 minimum. We recommend combining items (clothes + towels + bedding) to make the most of each pickup, or saving up until you have a full load.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card is securely stored and charged automatically after each delivery.
